Biography

Richard was born in Grantham, England in 1974. Having completed his undergraduate degree in law and masters degree in business law, he relocated to Limassol, Cyprus in 1997. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 1998.

Richard is the managing partner and founder of the firm.

He deals primarily with Computer Law and while his main area of speciality is Remote Gambling, his area of expertise covers a wide range of technologies including computer software, e-commerce, social media, e-payments, infrastructure & platform technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies and augmented & virtual reality related technologies. His other areas of interest include Corporate Law, International Taxation and Tax Planning.

With his excellent academic credentials, vast experience, and dedication to his profession, Richard has gained a reputation as one of the most sought-after lawyers in his field.
